PROCESS CONTROL

From Material to Finished Wheel

Each stage includes defined checks for materials, dimensions, welding and finishing before shipment.

Material Preparation

Wheel-grade steel or aluminum is inspected and prepared for the selected manufacturing route.

Forming & Machining

Quality Controls at Key Stages

Inspection focuses on the material, geometry, performance and surface-protection requirements defined for each order.

Material: specified wheel-grade steel and aluminum with incoming checks.
Geometry: bolt holes, vents, profiles and mounting dimensions checked against requirements.
Performance: lateral and radial runout, balance and applicable airtightness checks.
Protection: coating inspection and packaging selected to reduce handling and transport damage.
