Q Q1: How to gurantee the wheel quality?

A: All of our products undergo rigorous impact test, cornering fatigue test, radial fatigue test ; Our factory is ISO16949, TÜV, EAC, DOT certified.
Q Q2: How about your delivery time?

A:The production time is 25~30 days. Expedited production can be delivered in 10-15 days. If need to produce wheel mould, leadtime will takes 3-4 weeks longer.
Q Q3: What information should I provide for a quotation?

A: Usually we need know : car model and year ,the wheel size , PCD , CB , ET(offset) ,color and order quantity to make a correct quoation for you.
Q Q4: Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. The main engineer in our Technical department has more than 20 years experience.
Q Q5:How long is your product warranty?

A:The warranty time of all steel wheel products is 2 years, aluminum wheel products are 5 years, engineering wheel products are 5 years, agricultural machinery wheel products are 5 years, forklift wheel products are 5 years.
